Once the Journey is complete, Lords/Ladies will be able to claim their Realms in the promised zero-knowledge proofed land of StarkNet (farewell mainnet fees). To stake your Realm(s), head to . ## Rewards To save on gas fees, rewards are distributed via epochs, which last for 7 days. You need to be staked for one entire epoch (7 days) to be entitled to your $LORDS. For example, if you stake at the end of epoch 2 and remain staked until epoch 4, you will receive the epoch 3 reward. ### **Epochs 1-10** * 625x $LORDS per Realm, per epoch. * You can claim $LORDS immediately after each epoch. ### **Epochs 11-15** There are two options for Realm Lords/Ladies: 1. **Continue in the same contract (The Galleon)** * Lords/Ladies who remain staked in the original contract will automatically continue in this. * Single-sided NFT staking mechanic (you must stay staked the whole time to receive the full rewards on StarkNet). * You can unstake earlier, but you only will earn how many epochs you were staked for (claimed on StarkNet). * You will be able to claim all of the $LORDS up until week 10. * Rewards distributed in full once on StarkNet, directly on StarkNet * 350x $LORDS per epoch (a single-sided staking bonus of 12%) * You will still be able to stake in this contract in between epochs 11-15 and the rewards will be deposited directly onto StarkNet 2\. **New staking contract (The Carrack)** * A new staking contract with the same mechanics as epochs 1-10 * You can claim $LORDS immediately after each epoch * Will require unstaking from current contract and re-staking in the new one * New Realm Lords can stake in this contract 312.5x $LORDS per epoch * Epoch 11 will begin 48 hours after the end of epoch 10 (48 hours to stake for epoch 11 rewards) ### Epochs 16+ The Journey continues as the following until StarkNet is in beta (ETA mid-May)! As planned, emissions will be reduced to 25/day, but distributed via weekly epochs - 175/epoch. During this time, the Galleon will receive an additional 12% boost of rewards. **The Galleon (V1)** * $LORDS rewards: 196x $LORDS per epoch (28/day) * Length: Epoch 16 - until StarkNet is in beta and we have bridged. * Claiming $LORDS: Rewards are not claimable on mainnet and will only be claimable once on StarkNet. (ETA mid-may - awaiting StarkNet Beta) * Rewards Eligibility: You will be rewarded for every full epoch staked. *Your StarkNet $LORDS balance will appear on the staking page during epoch 16 and will be manually updated every epoch.* **The Carrack (V2)** * $LORDS rewards: 175x $LORDS per epoch (25/day) * Length: Epoch 16 - until StarkNet is in beta and we have bridged. * Claiming $LORDS: You can claim $LORDS immediately after each fully staked epoch. * Rewards Eligibility: You will be rewarded for every full epoch staked. ## Staking FAQs **What does this staking contract do?** By boarding the ship now, you can begin to earn $LORDS. Once the StarkNet bridge is complete, your Realms will be available to claim directly on StarkNet. **How long do you need to be staked for to be entitled to rewards?** You need to be staked for one entire epoch (7 days) to be entitled to your $LORDS. For example, if you stake end the end of epoch 2 and remain staked until epoch 4, you will receive the epoch 3 reward. **Once staked, do you need stake again for future epochs?** No, once you stake and remained staked, you’ll be entitled to all future epoch rewards (unless you unstake). **Why can’t I see my Realm(s) in OpenSea after staking?** Your realms won’t appear in OS while staking as they are transferred into the contract wallet in this process. You can view your staked Realms under 'My Adventurer' at . **Can I list/sell my Realms on OpenSea while staking?** No, during staking you can’t list/sell your Realms as they are in the contract wallet. If you wish to list/sell your Realms then you must first unstake them. **Do you have to claim $LORDS after each epoch?** No, you can let rewards accrue and claim in bulk to save gas. If you wish to avoid claiming on L1 we will have a solution to migrate your $LORDS to StarkNet and claim there to save further gas.
